Software License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, AimShield grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for its intended purpose on your authorized FiveM server.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Transfer, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Use the Software for any unauthorized purposes

3. Ownership

The Software and all related intellectual property rights are and will remain the exclusive property of AimShield. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Updates and Maintenance

We may provide updates to the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatic or require your consent. You agree to install updates when available to ensure optimal performance and security.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AIMSHIELD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
