• Dissatisfaction with detection results
• Account termination for Terms violations
• Service discontinuation

2. Exceptions

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in cases where we are unable to provide the service due to technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
